7. Purchases and Payment

7.1 Purchase of Courses, Digital Products, and Subscriptions. If a Paid Offering includes a stated refund period (e.g., a 7-day money-back guarantee), you must request your refund within that period following the procedures outlined on the Site. After the refund period has expired, no refunds will be granted. 7.4 Price Changes. Godfident may change the prices of Paid Offerings at any time, in our sole discretion, but any price changes will not affect subscriptions already purchased until the next renewal period.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All content and materials available through the Services—including, without limitation, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, course materials, and software—(collectively, the “Content”) are the property of Godfident or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 License to You. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Godfident grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use. 8.3 Restrictions. Unless expressly authorized by Godfident in writing, you shall not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of the Content.

Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices included in the Content.

Use any Godfident trademarks, service marks, logos, or other proprietary materials except as expressly permitted by Godfident.

9. User-Generated Content
9.1 Definition. “User-Generated Content” means any information or content that you submit, post, or display on or through the Services, including, but not limited to, comments, forum posts, testimonials, or other communications.

9.2 License to Godfident. By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Godfident a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display such User-Generated Content throughout the world in any media.

9.3 Responsibility for User-Generated Content. You are solely responsible for your User-Generated Content. You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights to post the User-Generated Content and to grant the licenses set forth herein.

Your User-Generated Content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

You will not post User-Generated Content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. Godfident reserves the right (but is not obligated) to remove, edit, or refuse to post any User-Generated Content for any reason, including content that, in our sole judgment, violates these Terms or may be offensive or illegal.

10. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Hack, crawl, scrape, or use any automated means to access, retrieve, or index any portion of the Services. Transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or other items of a destructive nature. Interfere with the proper working of the Services or impair other users’ enjoyment of the Services. Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. 12. Disclaimers; No Warranties 12.1 “As Is”. The Services—and all Content—are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Godfident disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

12.2 No Guarantee of Results. Godfident provides educational content, courses, and resources designed to support spiritual growth and life transformation. However, we do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from participation in our programs or use of the Content.

12.3 Accuracy. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Godfident does not warrant that any Content is complete, reliable, or free of errors. You acknowledge that any reliance on the Services or Content is at your own risk.

13. Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Godfident and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with:

Your access to or use of the Services. Your violation of these Terms. Your User-Generated Content. Your infringement or misappropriation of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

15. Term and Termination

15.1 Term.
These Terms will remain in effect until terminated as set forth herein.

15.2 Termination by You. You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing use of the Services and, if you have an account, deleting your account.

15.3 Termination by Godfident. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services or your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Following termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive, including sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

15.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You understand that termination may result in the deletion of your User-Generated Content and other data, and you are solely responsible for backing up any content you wish to retain.

16. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
16.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

16.2 Arbitration. 16.3 Class Action Waiver. You agree that any arbitration will be limited to the dispute between Godfident and you individually. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration will be consolidated with any other; there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis.

You consent to receive communications from Godfident electronically (e.g., by email or through posting notices on the Site). You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
